HOPEWELL through the years, actually since 1837, has been known as one of the most inviting, welcoming, beautiful churches in the North Hall area. Passersby admire the newly renovated signs and landscaping, the country setting, the absolutely beautiful sanctuary. Once inside---the people! A sincere welcome always awaits members and visitors alike.
HOPEWELL is nestled in the rural foothills of North Georgia, six miles from downtown Gainesville, and near the banks of beautiful Lake Lanier. We are a small rural church and our members are dedicated to Christ, Church, and Community through our many Missions, Ministry, and community-oriented events and service.
Our Sunday schedule is: 10:00 AM Sunday School
11:00 AM Worship
3:30 PM Proclamation Team
4:30 PM Youth
On Wednesday we have a Covered Dish Dinner at 6:30 PM followed by choir practice at 7:15 PM.
